Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional Onsite Night Guest Attendant to be the face of our property after hours and oversee overnight operations. The role requires proximity to guests and the ability to handle after-hours check-ins with care and efficiency.

This live-onsite position emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the flexibility to work evening shifts and on-call overnight within a small hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Property inspections: conduct regular night inspections for safety and security.
• Guest services: assist with after-hours check-in/check-out and guest requests.
• Laundry duties: handle washing, drying, folding and organizing linens.
• Cleaning & maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas and restock supplies.
• Emergency procedures: follow hotel procedures and stay prepared for overnight needs.
• On-call needs: be on call overnight for guest needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
