Job summary

KB Home is seeking a New Home Sales Counselor in Texas to meet prospective buyers, communicate benefits of newly constructed homes, and close sales. You will show models, discuss floor plans, and guide clients through the purchase process.

This role is field-based across KB Home communities with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort using social media to drive traffic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide literature and price information.
• Respond to customer requests for information and showcase models and floor plans.
• Demonstrate homes, discuss options and construction details, and overcome objections.
• Take offers and refer financing questions to KBHS.
• Document sales and follow up on loan applications and closings.
• Conduct weekly follow-up calls with buyers until closing.
