Tweddle Group seeks an entry-level IT Support specialist to assist with help desk duties and daily systems administration in a manufacturing setting. You will work under senior IT staff guidance on Active Directory, network services, and office 365 tasks.

The role requires 0–2 years IT experience, an Associate degree or higher in IT, and familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V, Cisco FTD, and IIS/HTML. On-site work with first shift offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate/bachelor IT degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft/Cisco are a plus.
• 0–2 years in IT; internships or help desk experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Active Directory user accounts, groups and permissions.
• Support DNS, DHCP, IP, FTP and other services.
• Assist in server hardware upgrades and installations.
• Create email accounts and perform Office 365 tasks.
• Install Ethernet cabling and patch panels; deploy network equipment.
• Support wireless infrastructure and vendor apps; perform software maintenance.
• Document system support procedures and assist with IT projects.
