Job summary

1Vision in Denver is seeking an IT Technical Support Technician to join our onsite team. You will triage and resolve incidents, support staff locally and remotely, and manage devices via Intune and AD/Entra ID.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, printer and network support, and assisting with production systems. Evening/after-hours work and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in help desk, desktop support, or IT field tech.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 PCs, printers, peripherals.
• Microsoft 365 including Outlook/Exchange Online/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint, and AD/Entra ID.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN; Cat5e/Cat6 cabling.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing and clear ticket notes.
• Clear, patient communication with non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple issues with limited supervision.
• Follow security/change procedures; act on approved access requests.

Responsibilities

• Receive, triage, resolve, and document incidents and service requests in Freshservice.
• Support employees on-site in Denver and remotely at other 1Vision locations.
• Set up, image, deploy, and maintain Windows devices with Intune encryption.
• Onboard/offboard hires: accounts, licenses, devices, badges.
• Handle AD/Entra ID access requests and MFA resets.
• Maintain printers/scanners/plotters and coordinate vendor services.
• Provide first-line support for Business Central and Heidelberg Prinect.
• Install/configure UniFi cameras and retrieve footage.
• Administer UniFi door access and badges.
• Run/terminate/test network cabling and connect devices to switches/WAPs.
• Troubleshoot network/Wi‑Fi/VPN/VDI and escalate with steps taken.
• Assist with patching, backups, and after-hours maintenance.
• Perform other duties as needed.
