Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of PC networking concepts and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provides tier 1 intermediate level maintenance and support for company desktop and laptop computers.
• Unpacking and configuring new hardware.
• Documentation and training of troubleshooting guides and installation procedures.
