Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• If no degree, an extra four years of relevant work experience is required.
• Minimum of 3–7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical assistance and training to end-users.
• Handles complex hardware and software support, including troubleshooting and integration tasks.
• Installs, configures, upgrades, and troubleshoots PC hardware and software.
• Maintains peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, monitors, IP phones).
• Performs hardware maintenance of networking gear (Cisco switches, cabling).
• Diagnoses and resolves hardware/software problems and supports procedural changes.
• Install, modify, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot application software (Microsoft, Oracle, Dev tools).
