Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in on-site maintenance for Meadow Creek. Responsibilities include corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, plus make-ready tasks under supervision.

You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained common areas, buildings, and units. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and basic computer skills; familiarity with Fair Housing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
• Assist in the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain well-organized and properly stocked maintenance shop while adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform daily pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
