Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Meadow Creek community to oversee maintenance operations, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality across all units. You will handle work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance while maintaining records and budgets.

The role requires EPA & CPO certification (HVAC a plus), a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance operations and staff.
• Ability to coordinate work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Familiarity with EPA/OSHA standards and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and vendor to ensure timely repairs.
• Coordinate daily on-site activities and respond to requests.
• Maintain records of service requests, safety compliance, and inspections.
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets and inventory.
• Lead safety training and enforce OSHA guidelines.
