Job summary

Asset Living Meadow Creek is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise staff and vendors, respond to work orders, and ensure safety and quality across the community.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or Equivalent with EPA & CPO certification; HVAC knowledge is a plus. You will work closely with the Community Manager and participate in on-call emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of community operations and preventative tasks.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards and compliance.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines.
• Lead maintenance staff and supervise vendors to ensure quality work.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
