Job summary

Axon is seeking a Mission Engineer II to work onsite with travel, embedding with public safety agencies to turn operational challenges into technical solutions. You will build apps, dashboards, and automations, while coordinating across Axon teams to ensure deployments succeed.

You’ll serve as a trusted technical resource, understand agency needs, and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities within Axon ecosystem. This role emphasizes ongoing learning and delivering measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technical and hands-on roles
• Foundational software engineering and building technical solutions
• Working knowledge of APIs, scripting, data, testing, debugging

Responsibilities

• Embed with agencies to understand mission, workflows and priorities.
• Build applications, dashboards, workflows, and automation using Axon tools.
• Be the go-to technical resource, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Move solutions from discovery to real customer use with measurable value.
