Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will handle inquiries, process memberships and payments, and promote memberships and upgrades in a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, ability to tour potential members, and meeting membership goals. On-site work with a positive team culture, supported by training and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• On-site, this is not a remote position.
• Professional, upbeat and positive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional and solutions-oriented in member interactions.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices, policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• Submit to National Sex Offender Registry check.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service to create a positive club experience.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist members with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
