Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members, answer questions, process memberships and payments, and promote upgrades at the front desk. You will ensure a welcoming club environment and assist with tours and account inquiries.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, handling phone inquiries, and supporting daily front desk operations. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work on-site are essential, with CPR/AED and tanning certifications

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work on-site; this is not a remote position.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide a positive member experience.
• CPR/AED and tanning certifications must be obtained within required timeframes.
• E-Verify participation for Utah locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly; assist with account inquiries, changes and billing.
• Assist with tours, sign-ups, and explain membership options and upgrades.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately; handle front desk tasks.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety; restock supplies as needed.
