Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, assist with memberships and billing, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. You will handle inquiries, process payments, and support tours and upgrades, including Black Card information.

Candidates should be 18+, capable of standing and walking for long periods, and willing to obtain CPR/AED and tanning certifications as required. This is an on-site position at a Planet Fitness location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning certification within company required timeframes.
• National Sex Offender Registry search is required.
• E-Verify participation is required for Utah locations (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with membership inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Answer phones professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the club and restrooms.
• Enroll and assist tours and sign-ups for new members.
