Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Section Leader in the TS Engineering Center in Tucson, AZ. You will supervise a team of 10–20 mechanical engineers through development, transition to production, and verification activities.

You will set measurable goals, conduct reviews, and mentor staff while aligning with department objectives. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to test, troubleshoot, and optimize systems, coordinate with Program Managers, and contribute to hiring and onboarding of new

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or Mathematics.
At least 10 years of mechanical engineering experience.
Active DoD Secret clearance required.
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Experience presenting to leadership and peers.
Customer oriented environment.

Responsibilities
