Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Leading an HR team or function in a plant/manufacturing setting.
• Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR function across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals.
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers, addressing relations matters and coaching leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and systems for efficiency and engagement.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, retention, training, and development for the manufacturing workforce.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
