Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR practices in our South Bend, IN facility. The role partners with leadership to drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, compensation, and benefits administration.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and handle employee relations.
• Coordinate performance review processes and provide coaching for leadership and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain HR records.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs and support payroll coordination.
• Coordinate employee training programs and leadership development initiatives.
