Job summary

You will partner with site leadership on workforce initiatives, manage employee and labor relations, and administer CBAs to drive a high-performing culture.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR leadership, manufacturing HR background, and strong HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR background strongly preferred.
• Union labor relations experience required.
• Experience supporting both union and non-union employees.
• Strong employee relations and leadership coaching capabilities.
• HRIS and HR technology proficiency.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR activities for a unionized manufacturing facility.
• Partner with operational leadership to drive workforce initiatives.
• Manage employee and labor relations matters.
• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee development.
• Conduct investigations and ensure employment law compliance.
• Utilize HR technology, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
