Qualifications

• Mandarin reading and writing proficiency required
• Authorized to work in the US (E-Verify)
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to train and onboard users

Responsibilities

• Prepare, install, and configure software & hardware
• Onboard and train new users for deployed software/hardware
• Perform remote troubleshooting via phone and remote tools
• Identify and analyze software/hardware issues
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales for POS inquiries
• Collect end-user feedback for product improvements
• Assist in inventory tracking and management
