Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to support apartment communities by diagnosing and repairing issues, performing routine upkeep, and driving make-ready tasks to prepare units for leasing. You will uphold safety standards, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to budget-conscious maintenance practices.

A high school diploma or related experience, hands-on trade skills, and strong customer service are expected to join our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to use hand/power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units, schedules vendors, and inspects work.
• Maintains grounds, exteriors, and common areas to meetGreystar standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Inspects work of team members and contractors; ensures quality standards.
• Assists in budget development for repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.
