Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to ensure the physical integrity of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in line with company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role involves diagnosing issues, completing work orders, and coordinating with vendors to uphold high-quality residential environments.

The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal), valid driver's license where applicable, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications must be kept current.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident service requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacants for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and coordinating punch lists.
• Accesses materials and tracks inventory, notifying supervisor about re-orders.
• Maintains documentation of service requests for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and assisting with cost-cutting through parts repairs.
• Adheres to safety policies, participates in safety trainings, and inspects contractor work for quality.
