Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician 3 to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the physical aspects of Leigh House in Raleigh, NC meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. The role involves diagnosing issues, completing make-ready processes, and coordinating with vendors to maintain 245 units across a mid-rise property.

Ideal candidates will hold EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant certifications, possess a valid driver's license for on-site operations, and have

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Experience in maintenance for residential properties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues across buildings, grounds, and amenities following safety standards.
• Complete make-ready processes for vacant units and coordinate pre-move-in inspections.
• Manage materials, supplies, and tools; track inventory and report reorders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining common areas and perform general cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control efforts by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
