Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings and grounds, ensure safety, and keep common areas in top condition. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete make-ready tasks for vacant units.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license for on-site operations, and adherence to safety and OSHA-related requirements. Training in safety and regular on-site work are essential.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• State and Local certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing by completing make-ready tasks and inspections.
• Access and manage materials from maintenance inventory and document usage.
• Document service requests accurately to track work performed.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities and perform light painting/cleaning.
• Contribute to cost control by repairing rather than replacing when possible.
