Job summary

Asset Living seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support on-site property maintenance across our communities. You will perform routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and high standards of care.

Daily duties include responding to work orders, performing pool and grounds maintenance, and assisting with inspections, inventory, and make-ready processes, while upholding OSHA guidelines and Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills with on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident requests and service orders in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready tasks for new move-ins and conduct daily site upkeep.
