Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. You will handle corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring timely repairs and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include resident-service requests, make-ready tasks, pool maintenance, and keeping logs. Requires on-site presence, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance and cosmetic repairs across community buildings and units.
• Respond promptly to resident and management work orders.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and in make-ready processes for vacant units.
• Maintain safety and OSHA-compliant work practices on site.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and materials.
