Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet our standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support make-ready and preventative maintenance across buildings, grounds, and amenities.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, OSHA training, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing.
• Accesses and inventories materials from the maintenance department; notifies re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation for service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and minor repairs.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
