Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for The Henley in Apex, NC. You will perform maintenance and make‑ready tasks to keep apartments, grounds, and common areas safe and functional, handle resident requests, and document work orders accurately.

Required EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license for on‑site vehicle use. The role includes on‑call evenings, weekends, and holidays, with comprehensive benefits, housing discounts, and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• State and local certifications as required for service technicians.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Tracks materials, tools, and supplies and maintains inventory.
• Documents work orders accurately for proper tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and basic repairs.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing when feasible.
