Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician at Parkside Place in Cary, NC. You will perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, completing make-ready tasks for vacants, tracking inventory, and documenting service activities. EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and safety training are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart where applicable.
• State/local certification requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance per safety standards.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track materials, return unused items, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Document and file service records to ensure accurate tracking.
