Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work maintaining buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, preparing vacant units, and following safety and operational procedures.

This is an on-site role with a rotating on-call schedule and requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service and preventative maintenance.
• Makes repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Prepares units for leasing by completing pre-move-in inspections and creating punch lists.
