Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow AIR’s process for completing basic apartment turns for move-ins.
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May provide direction/train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor management and move-in/move-out inspections.
