Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Roswell, GA. You will resolve service requests and perform routine maintenance to ensure residents have a comfortable home.

We offer an hourly rate of $21.00-$25.00, monthly customer service bonuses up to $250, and a 50% rent discount at AIR Communities. Growth opportunities and training are provided to help advance your career.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience within facilities or building environments.
• Proficient in at least one trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for move-ins.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, and appliances.
• Potentially train other Maintenance Technicians.
• Support vendor quality and participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
