AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work on-site at our Roswell, GA community. You will help residents by handling routine maintenance, repairs, and apartment turns to ensure a seamless move-in experience.

The role emphasizes using a modern maintenance platform, teamwork, and reliable on-call availability. We offer an hourly rate of $21.00–$25.00, monthly bonuses up to $250, and a 50% rent discount at AIR Communities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least one technical trade (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow the process for basic apartment turns to ready units for move-in.
• Complete resident repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train or provide direction to other maintenance staff and support vendor quality.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections; responsibilities vary by team and season.
