AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Ridge at Roper Mountain. This full-time role supports maintenance across our community with a focus on quick, quality resident service and efficient apartment turns.

The position requires at least 2 years in maintenance, proficiency in two trades, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. On-site work offers a 50% rent discount and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prepare units for next resident move-in.
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• Assist with vendor management and move-in/move-out inspections.
