AIR Communities’ Villages at McCullers Walk in Raleigh, NC is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform on-site repairs and preventive maintenance. You’ll resolve service requests, build move-in-ready homes, and support residents with a strong service mindset.

The role requires 2+ years in maintenance with multi-trade skills, a flexible schedule, and reliable transport. Join a team that values growth, training, and resident satisfaction.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergencies.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to ready move-in.
• Perform resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May provide direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
