Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Atlanta, GA community. You will perform maintenance tasks to prepare units for new residents and resolve service requests, contributing to a high level of resident satisfaction.

Expect to work with modern tools, participate in AIR’s development programs, and potentially live on-site with rent discounts and benefits. Hands-on roles vs. customer service focused work combine to support a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environments.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prepare units for new move-ins.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, and appliances as directed.
