AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at Burano Hunter's Creek in Orlando, FL. Join a team investing in maintenance technology, organized operations, and technician development to solve problems and deliver exceptional resident service.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC, and other building systems, with on-call responsibilities. AIR emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment communities or related environments.
• Demonstrated skills in at least two technical trades: plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, or similar disciplines.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency response when on-call.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and support team members.
• Complete apartment turns according to AIR standards for outstanding move-in experiences.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Complete service requests efficiently with high-quality workmanship.
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections as needed.
• Support vendor coordination and quality control efforts when assigned.
• Provide guidance, training, and technical support to less experienced technicians.
