Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate staff and vendors, and ensure safety compliance across the community. The role collaborates with the Community Manager to guarantee timely repairs and quality workmanship while managing inventory and service records.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA and CPO certification (HVAC preferred), basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to perform on-site software tasks and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and amenities for hazards.
• Oversee maintenance staff and vendors; manage inventory.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work practices.
• Plan and manage budget-guided purchases and bid processes.
• Maintain accurate service records and make-ready status.
