Job summary

The Maintenance Supervisor at Asset Living oversees maintenance operations at the community, manages staff and vendors, and ensures safety and quality standards are met. The role includes handling service requests, preventative maintenance, unit inspections, inventory control, and on-call emergencies, with daily on-site presence and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Required is a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws; on-site work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors to ensure quality work.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily for safety and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist with unit inspections and make-readies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident relations.
• Handle on-call emergencies at the community.
