Job summary

Asset Living in Columbus, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the community's maintenance operations, safety, and team performance. The role requires coordinating service requests, preventative maintenance, and on-site leadership to ensure high-quality upkeep for residents.

You will supervise staff, manage vendor relations, and enforce OSHA safety standards while maintaining a focus on timely, cost-effective maintenance and excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for on-site software functions
• OSHA requirements knowledge and compliance
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge required

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily on-site maintenance operations and safety compliance
• Coordinate with Community Manager and staff; respond to requests and manage work orders
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas to identify hazards and ensure repairs
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget; order parts and tools
• Plan and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life
• Supervise maintenance staff; provide training and performance feedback
