Clear Investment Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our residential community in Cincinnati, OH. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership to ensure safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage vendor contracts and budgets, train staff, and ensure OSHA and building code compliance. Strong communication with residents and management is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on property maintenance experience.
• 1–3 years of maintenance team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general repairs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize and coordinate complex tasks.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and maintenance budgets.
• Solid negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards, SDS documentation, and general building codes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; read English proficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work extended hours and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.
• Prioritize, delegate, and track maintenance service requests for timely resolutions.
• Manage Make-Ready/Turn process, move-out inspections, repairs scheduling, and unit readiness.
• Maintain accurate work order records and inventory logs.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Assist in budgeting and provide monthly variance reports to management.
• Train and supervise service technicians and maintenance staff; participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols.
