Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Brixley at Carolina Forest community in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage service requests, and oversee preventative maintenance while ensuring safety standards and cost controls.

The role requires on-site attendance, coordination with the Community Manager, and a strong focus on resident satisfaction, emergency response, and budget-conscious operations across common areas and units.

Qualifications

• On-site software functions understanding and basic computer skills.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the property.
• Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff under Community Manager guidance.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance in all maintenance activities.
