Job summary

Asset Living in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations across the community, coordinate service requests, and supervise staff. You will ensure safety, compliance with OSHA, and EPA/OSHA standards, while coordinating with the Community Manager to keep units and common areas in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and orders.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards.
• Manage inventory and budget for maintenance supplies.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Supervise maintenance staff under Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergency at community.
• Ensure on-time completion of make-ready and repairs.
