Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, staff, and vendor coordination at a multi-property community in Clemmons, NC. The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and timely resident service.

You will manage on-call shifts, maintain records, and ensure compliance with EPA/OSHA standards while controlling budgets and inventory. A strong focus on customer relations and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance management of the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards and upkeep.
• Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically.
• Direct and monitor maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
