Job summary

Asset Living in Columbus, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations for the community, manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination.

The role collaborates with the Community Manager to supervise staff, ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance, maintain records, and deliver high-quality resident service. A high school diploma and basic software skills are required; on-call and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and daily onsite attendance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units; inspect grounds and structures daily.
• Maintain inventory and a preventative maintenance program; drive safety and OSHA compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff under Community Manager; provide training and direction.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
