Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations at the community, supervise staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role includes coordinating service requests, preventative tasks, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site work with occasional on-call duties and a focus on customer service and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests at the community (onsite).
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, scheduling and training as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across all maintenance activities.
• Plan, budget, and manage maintenance supplies and inventories.
• Conduct unit and common area inspections, ensure make-ready and repairs are completed.
