Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Columbus, GA to oversee day-to-day maintenance, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and compliance across the community. You will handle work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance while coordinating with the Community Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, EPA & CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and basic computer skills, with on-call duties and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and on-site staff under Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management work orders and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
• Monitor safety standards, OSHA compliance, and hazard control.
• Provide on-call support for emergencies and after-hours visits.
• Manage maintenance supplies and budget adherence.
