Job summary

Asset Living in Columbus, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the community. You will supervise staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety standards and quality workmanship.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA/CPO certification, HVAC preferred, and basic computer skills. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedule preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee maintenance operations for the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards.
• Manage maintenance supplies and budget adherence.
• Lead maintenance staff and provide training under Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and after-hours coverage.
