Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, ensuring safety, quality, and timely responses. The role works closely with the Community Manager to supervise staff and manage vendors.

Responsibilities include scheduling, preventative maintenance, compliance with OSHA standards, and delivering excellent customer service to residents while maintaining budget discipline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: supervise staff and oversee maintenance operations.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Train, supervise and schedule maintenance staff under the Community Manager.
• Promote customer service and positive resident relations.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Manage resources, equipment, and supplies within budget guidelines.
