Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across our communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor coordination, working closely with the Community Manager.

The role requires on-site presence, strong leadership, and a focus on customer service and cost control. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in maintenance supervision and safety standards is preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA and Fair Housing guidelines is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for communities and manage service requests.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor activities.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and inspections completed.
• Supervise staff, manage inventories, and track work orders.
