Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the Clemson community, coordinating staff, vendors, and service requests to keep units and common areas in optimal condition.

The role requires supervising maintenance personnel, ensuring safety standards, and managing preventative maintenance while supporting resident relations and budget compliance. This is a full-time on-site position in Clemson, SC with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to operate on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance requests and work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance staff and vendors.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program for the property.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and adhere to budget.
• Promote safety and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
