Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an on-site role at a Clemson-area community. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and compliance across the property.

The role requires EPA & CPO certification and basic on-site software skills. Strong customer relations and budget-minded planning are essential for success in a fast-growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• On-site maintenance management and supervision.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating vendors.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and EPA/OSHA records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise staff and coordinate vendors to ensure timely work.
• Plan and manage preventative maintenance programs and inventories.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain records of service requests and compliance with OSHA/EPA standards.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and maintain budget adherence.
• Promote excellent customer and resident relations.
